which ensures absolute consistency for clients wherever

The Touchbase experience is divided in four stages:
The Option
All of Touchbase’s marketing and promotion activities are concentrated
into the Option and our main goal with this stage is
to educate our specific markets and existing clients
in new areas of technology or interesting ways in which
technology is being applied. The idea is, once an organization

they can take up the option to work with us.
The Commitment
This involves all of the needs analysis, justification, solution design,
solution validation and client sign off, which occurs
before the client makes a final decision on their technology
investment. It is the point at which Touchbase makes
a set of clear commitments and the client does likewise
to ensure that there is absolute clarity of accountability.
The Truth
The moment of truth in any technology project comes at the point of delivery
and this part of the Touchbase Experience is all about
Touchbase delivering on the commitments it has made
to its clients. Encompassing all delivery disciplines,
this validates the work done during the commitment stage
and takes the client from solution concept to reality.
The Value
Technology only becomes of value to a business once
it has gone live in the client’s environment and
the users are adopting it positively. Encompassing all
of our Support and Enhanced Service activity, this part
of the Touchbase Experience is focused on maximizing
uptime and ensuring that the technology is applied correctly
as the client's business evolves and their needs change.
Touchbase represents one point of accountability for
its clients which involves a multitude of skills and
capabilities across the Touchbase organization. In addition
we recognize that every client has a specific set of
needs which must be served if Touchbase is to maintain
its value to them. With this in mind Touchbase is structured
to fit in with our clients’ organization, and
we form dedicated or virtual teams which build trust
with each client over time.
