and client service delivery. Our “Follow the Sun”

client’s query, issue or problem wherever they
are and whatever the time is. Our Manage+ offering
adds simplicity and confidence into the service due
to the application of performance management technology,
which monitors the efficiency and effectiveness of a
client’s communication environment 24 x 7, together
with the expert advice of our Client Engagement Managers.

technology operates at its optimum level. To supplement
our Technology Partner accreditations we ensure our
OPTIMIZE service is underpinned by Information Technology
Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices and accreditations.
