Unified Messaging brings email, voicemail, SMS and fax into a single message store, allowing the user to send, retrieve and access messages from any device or any location. Instant Messaging forms an integral part of Unified Communications, enabling two or more users to send time-sensitive messages and exchange files without using valuable server storage space in a secure environment.

Presence
The ability to detect someone’s availability and preferred method of communication enables users locate the right resource, the first time and radically improve the speed of doing business.
