Touchbase is a services company. Therefore everything we are and everything we do is dictated by the quality of our people. Central to this is the culture of the company. We work hard to maintain this through structured inductions for new people, ongoing training and development and regular team, regional and company meetings to share successes and issues within the company.

People development is fundamental to Touchbase. There is a continuous focus on development in role and new opportunities in their location or further afield. Touchbase dedicates over 2% of its annual revenues to training and development.
