CONSISTENCY
Touchbase is committed to offering a consistent service
to our clients whatever locations and regions they operate
in. Each client organisation interacts with their local
Touchbase Client Team who is responsible for carrying
out each service in the Client
Engagement Model and coordinating this across the
necessary locations. The separate Client Teams all operate
the same structure and method of delivering to client
needs, issues and opportunities. Their ultimate responsibility
is to identify and ensure that business
outcomes are being, or to be, delivered within each
service in the Client Engagement
Model.
Each of the four regional Service Hubs respond either
to direct technical needs and issues of a client (through
OPTIMISE Support) or work with the Client Teams
to carry out the specifically technical needs of the
Client Engagement Model. Again these all operate a consistent
methodology, developed over 17 years, to ensure the
best possible service for the client.
