the past seventeen years. We work hard to maintain this
through structured inductions for new people, ongoing
training and development and regular team, regional
and company meetings to share successes and issues within
the company.
People development is fundamental to Touchbase. There
is a continuous focus on development in role and new
opportunities in their location or further afield. Touchbase
dedicates over 2% of its annual revenues to training
and development.
Our people and their development are at the

to their satisfaction and continual improvement in order
to deliver a better experience to our clients.
Partnership Programme
Touchbase has always believed that to maintain exceptional
talent you need to reward them with more than a monthly
pay check. To deliver on this we created the Partnership
Programme which gives amazing people the ability to
own part of the company they are building. This programme
has now been running for 16 years and over 20% of the
company are now a part of it and share ownership within
Touchbase.
The ownership that the Partner Programme delivers
