Senior New Business Sales - London, UK

A sales role within Touchbase requires the ability to sell to IT focused and non-IT focused decision makers and understand how the various parts of our unique and differentiated proposition can benefit both groups.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities of a Senior New Business Sales Person include:
- Ability to achieve a Gross Profit target quarter on quarter, acquiring Clients within Touchbase’s defined target market
- Monthly forecasting of opportunities and pipeline to the business
- Selling Touchbase’s proposition to a defined target market, delivering Touchbase’s differentiators and our unique approach to deliver business benefit to our prospects and clients.
- Working with Touchbase’s Market Intelligence team to create and find opportunities within Touchbase’s defined target market.
- Manage the sales cycle through from opportunity creation, proposition delivery, deal negotiation and deal closure
- Ensure the financial integrity of every deal
- Create and manage a pipeline in the medium and long term whilst closing opportunities in the short term.
- Develop relationships with Touchbase’s strategic partners, namely Cisco and our eco-system of partners.
- Develop relationships and leverage existing lead sources to create opportunities in our given target market

There is often a requirement to multi-task and work across roles to aid both personal development and client delivery.
SKILLS:
- Must have experience of and the ability to create, manage and close large Unified Communications and/or Contact Center opportunities within a defined target market. Experience of selling these solutions in the Cisco portfolio is beneficial.
- Must have experience of creating New Business opportunities and selling to clients directly and not through the Channel
- Experience of and ability to forecast accurately on medium and long term pipeline to the business while closing out short term opportunities
- The ability to understand where Unified Communications and Contact Center can deliver a positive business impact to clients and the ability to sell these benefits to non-IT focused decision makers. Experience of CEBP selling and building business cases is preferential.
- Experience of engaging with Cisco and selling Cisco Unified Communications and Contact Center solutions is beneficial but not essential.
- Must be able to work within a small team environment, often under pressure, engaging positively with your fellow sales and project focused colleagues to ensure Touchbase consistently delivers to our clients.
- Positive approach to team work, both locally and globally, with a willingness to learn and share knowledge with your fellow colleagues
- Ability to work with Touchbase’s Market Intelligence team to create and develop opportunities, often sharing your experience and knowledge to help develop the MI team
- Possessing an excellent level of communication and presentation skills, including written and oral
