Pan-European Customer Contact technology for medical technology company - 20 November 2009

AMSTERDAM - Touchbase is currently undertaking a project for one of the leading medical technology firms in the world. The company is headquartered in the USA with 120 locations worldwide and has almost 40,000 people.

The company selected Touchbase to undertake an investigation into the current communication environment across EMEA. With the recommendations from this analysis Touchbase is currently implementing the first phase of this project in the Netherlands HQ with Cisco IP Telephony and Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise for 900 users.

Into 2010 Touchbase will continue to implement Foundation and Customer Contact technology across EMEA while working with Touchbase in North America, Australia and Asia to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of the European communication environment as part of the medical technology firms global environment.
