Successful customer experience targeted for Tennessee based motor manufacturer

ATLANTA, GA - Touchbase is currently working on a six-week DISCOVER engagement for a major motor manufacturer based in Tennessee. The company operates more than 800 retail stores in over 40 states, employing more than 10,000 team members, and has revenues surpassing $3 billion.
The DISCOVER engagement includes preparing the current contact center operations for the launch of a nationwide catalog. The engagement also includes addressing the IVR strategy, knowledge base strategy, and training strategy required to ensure a successful customer experience.
