Technology initiative justified through DISCOVER for leading Dutch insurance company

AMSTERDAM - Following a successful implementation of Foundation technologies at their HQ, Touchbase has signed a DISCOVER, DESIGN, DELIVER and OPTIMISE deal for one of The Netherlands’ leading insurance companies.
The DISCOVER service identified a solid business case for the implementation of a Foundation (IPT) and Customer Contact solution.
The DESIGN has identified how and where to replace their current legacy PBXs, whilst integrating existing current beneficial systems.
The DELIVER service will see the implementation of Cisco Unified Communications Manager 7.1 for 250 users, Cisco Unified Contact Center Express for 50 agents and Cisco Presence after being successfully tested by engineers from Touchbase. After the implementation of the HQ and their emergency break out location, DELIVER will then include their 70 small (1-4 users) offices via SIP connections.
