Touchbase manages comms system for global brokerage with $1.4trillion daily transaction volume

LONDON - Touchbase’s client are a brokerage active in both established and emerging markets and operating a global network covering more than 50 countries. The company deals with an average daily transaction volume in excess of US$1.4 trillion and therefore communication technology is critical.
Touchbase is monitoring the performance of their London HQ’s communication environment remotely 24x7x365. The dedicated Touchbase Client Engagement Manager reports to the brokerage each month with systems performance analyses and recommendation from Touchbase Product Specialists in how to optimise the technology to get the absolute best from it.
Together with this Touchbase supports the brokerage’s Singapore and New York offices’ communication environments and seeks out initiatives to consolidate the global communication environment further to improve centralised control.
