World leading medical research organization’s global communication initiative continues with global HQ implementation - 12 January 2010

ATLANTA, GA - One of the world’s largest medical research organizations has retained Touchbase to provide a Cisco Unified Communications Manager cluster at their Americas’ Data Center, part of their Global HQ.

This latest installment is part of a worldwide technology initiative to bring the company a consolidated communication environment that helps their people to communicate fluidly across their global operations.

This follows successful Collaboration technology implementations in Sydney and Melbourne in Australia, Bloemfontein in South Africa and Singapore with further projects taking place across European and Asian locations in 2010.
