Touchbase designs world-wide collaboration solution for IT Outsourcing and Consultancy organization - 3 February 2010

NEW YORK, NY - Touchbase New York has signed a DELIVER and OPTIMIZE deal for an IT Outsourcing and Consultancy organization.

Touchbase will be designing a global solution based on Foundation and Collaboration technologies covering North America and India, with future growth in China. The solution will allow the two key business units of the IT Outsourcing and Consultancy organization to operate as a single virtual team.

The dual Cisco Unified Communications Manager 7.1 cluster will support 300 users and deliver unified communications, presence and integration with Lotus Domino. Remote users will be supported by UC Phone Proxy, thereby allowing them to have hard phone access remotely.

The OPTIMIZE deal includes 3 years global support for their business communication environment.
