Touchbase swift to the rescue for $7bn leading fashion company
-
1 February 2010
ATLANTA, GA - A swiftly grouped Touchbase team of Project Managers, Solution Architects, Product Specialists and Engineers leapt to the rescue of one of the world’s leading fashion companies in the last 3 weeks of December 2009 with the implementation of a new Cisco Unified Communications system to replace the legacy telecoms system that had failed.
The Fashion Company had been working with a large systems integrator who were too inflexible to help with this most pressing of communication issues. The Fashion company were impressed with Touchbase’s commitment and on Friday 29th January the Fashion company pulled a project that their incumbent systems integration partner had been working on to convert 578 legacy telecoms users at their HQ to Cisco, 848 voicemail users at another division headquarters and create a global dial plan – which now Touchbase is currently working on.
After this successful project the IT Director of the $7bn Fashion Company stated, “That it is about time we found a partner who is energized, puts the client first and knows what they are doing”. Back to top
