114 sites across 14 countries supported for worldwide business retail company

MANCHESTER - Touchbase has signed an OPTIMISE deal for one of the world’s largest business retail organisations that encompasses 114 sites across 14 countries in Europe.
The service will involve 24/7/365 support for all their business communication technologies. Prior to this consolidated contract Touchbase has worked closely with the Business Retail Company for the past two years to design how the architecture could be streamlined and supported remotely and to seamlessly manage the service transition from the various local support partners they were using.
