Touchbase selected to complete European roll-out of communication environment for leading global healthcare company - 31 March 2010

LONDON - Touchbase has been selected to complete the roll out of a leading global Healthcare Company’s business communication technology in Europe – namely France, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain and Sweden.

As an early adopter of IP Telephony and Contact Centre technology the US headquartered $180M company had been in the process of rolling out the technology to a number of sites but had found recently that their technology partner’s lack of responsiveness and focus was preventing them from realising the benefits of an already significant investment.

After going out to market and reviewing a number of technology services companies, Touchbase was selected for its global reach, technical excellence and 100% client focus.
