Centralised communications platform for major Asia Pacific law firm brings tighter control
-
3 June 2010
SYDNEY - Touchbase in Australia has begun work to unify the communications platform of a major Asia Pacific law firm with 14 offices in China, Thailand, Australia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia, Papua New Guinea and Singapore. This project spans 1400 users across Sydney and Melbourne. The project will also encompass the deployment of new server hardware and the integration of the CallManager into their existing IPFX platform.
Prior to this Australian implementation Touchbase has been supporting and managing the law firm's Cisco communications platform in China, Singapore and Indonesia. The Australian project will integrate into this existing central communications platform to provide consistency and ease of control across these locations. The plan is to extend this consistency to all locations across the Asia Pacific region on order to provide the law firm with increased control over the system and significantly lower costs of communication. The unified global system across all their locations will also provide its users with far more flexibility and operability to enhance productivity and efficiency. Back to top
