Touchbase USA achieves Cisco Master Unified Communications

SAN FRANCISCO, CA - Cisco has formally awarded Touchbase its Master Unified Communications (UC) Specialization in the US. This makes Touchbase the first and only partner to hold Cisco's top level badge for UC in multiple regions - Europe, Asia Pacific and North America.
Touchbase has made a significant investment in training, technology, accreditation and other resources devoted to delivering Cisco Unified Communications solutions, and this recognition underpins their commitment to their multinational clients who rely on them for providing consistently high levels of service and technical expertise in every region they operate. No other Cisco partner is able to demonstrate global capabilities at this level across multiple territories, which instantly differentiates Touchbase from Cisco's thousands of partners.
This announcement comes within days of Cisco awarding Touchbase the Cisco Voice Portal (CVP) Advanced Technology Provider (ATP). Touchbase USA now holds ATPs in 3 areas in the US - Rich Media, Contact Center and Cisco Voice Portal, which further demonstrates their capability around applications which transform the user and customer experience.
External Auditor for the Master UC Specialization, Burjor Mehta from NSF International Strategic Registrations Ltd, commented in his audit notes that Touchbase is clearly extremely committed to Cisco and its products, with "excellent mapping of internal methodologies that support the successful design, implementation, support and development of Unified Communication technologies". Burjor also performed the Master UC Audit for Touchbase UK operation and commended Touchbase for being a "true global technology services company, with absolute consistency in every area of our operations, from one region to another".
